How will it<br> help me?

How will it
help me?

  • increased range of motion
  • reduced pain
  • release tight muscles & knots
  • improve function and mobility
  • break up scar tissue and adhesions
  • enhanced recovery and reduced muscle soreness

How it works

How it works
The NeuroMD Percussive Massage Device works in a kneading motion on your muscles. This results in a reduction in inflammation because extracellular fluids such as lymph fluid and venous blood are flushed out of the muscle tissue and into the circulatory system. In all, it helps relax tight muscles, break up scar tissue and adhesions, and minimize muscle soreness and tension.
We tested popular massagers and
most of them are heavy, noisy, with hard plastic attachments
we noticed several opportunities for improvement
and created a massager that isn't heavy, doesn't hurt when being used, has a long battery life, and isn't loud.

Here are the key features

Feature 1

Soft, Closed-Cell Foam attachments

Our attachments allow for easy
cleaning and a reliable
comfortable massage.

Others are using hard plastic and porous foam attachments. The foam condenses over time making the massages uncomfortable. The condensed foam chafes the skin and splits

Feature 2

Optimal Stall force and Stroke length

More is not better!

We’ve tested 6mm to 16mm stroke length. Ideal stroke-length ensures adequate massage depth without causing the massager to excessively bounce over bony areas. Most massagers are either too weak for larger muscle groups or are overly strong and bulky. Our optimal stall-force delivers an efficient massage to release tight knots without being overly powerful. Get the most effective massage and avoid bruising.

Stall force: is simply the amount of pressure required to stop the massager
Stroke length: is the distance the massage end moves in and out

FACT: Finding the perfect balance between stall force and stroke length is critical.

What body parts can I use this on?
It’s recommended to use the massager on muscles and avoid massaging directly over boney areas. Not recommended for use on the face, head, or throat.
Can I use this with a pacemaker, implants, etc.?
Please consult with your physician before using any percussion massage device if any of the following apply:

Pregnancy, diabetes with complications such as neuropathy or retinal damage, wear of pacemakers, recent surgery or injury, epilepsy or migraines, herniated disks, spondylolisthesis, spondylolysis, or spondylosis, recent joint replacements or IUD, metal pins or plates. Frail individuals and children should be accompanied by an adult when using any percussion or vibration device.
These contraindications do not mean that you are not able to use a percussion or vibration device but we advise that before doing so you consult your physician.
How do I use It?
Place the device on your body and let it float across the area to be massaged. Get used to the feeling of vibration therapy. Apply pressure that is comfortable for you, let the device do the work. You should not be sore as a result of use. As a general rule of thumb, we recommend a minimum of 15 seconds and a maximum of 2 minutes per muscle group. A full-body session should not exceed 15 minutes. Treat yourself 2-3 times per day
