I have what is apparently an older device and the new pads dont fit. So I haven't used them yet and can't comment on them. I like the older device but it appears you can no longer get pads that fit the round stimulators.

Easy to use. I think it does help with some of the chronic pain after multiple surgeries. But not to the extent that I had hoped. Will continue to use.
