NeuroMD has definitely helped me with back

I usually do not leave reviews let alone long ones. This one is deserving of the NeuroMD. The NeuroMD has definitely helped me with back stiffness, compression and overall discomfort. My back pain isn’t something that will go away due to medical reasons. However, what a difference I feel by using the NeuroMD therapy pad on my back in the morning and evening. I use it two areas of my back, low slightly below the waist and just above the waist at about a mode2 #14. I also do my spine and back stretches in the mornings. Once I’m done with the am routine I am good to go for the day. In the evening I like to use it again after dinner. It helps me relax my back from a busy day. For home use it’s a great therapy tool ! I did by two because when I travel I take one with me. If I lose it traveling I know I still have one at home I can use. I love it that much and would not want to go a day without using it. I also needed to get in touch with their customer service team because the therapy device stopped charging ( I was within warranty range) and they immediately shipped me the new replacement device. Great product and great customer service. :~)

I am 81 years old and know nothing will take the pain of old bones away completely, but this device has certainly helped me.

You know your body better than anyone. We're glad the device has been able to help. A little less pain at this stage is a real gift.

The replacement therapy device part is working well. Thank you for sending me the replacement. I am now on week 13 and back on track. This device has really help me and my pain is almost gone.

This replacement device has worked much like the

This replacement device has worked much like the second one I purchased. It works for a little while and then starts shutting down like the second device does. By using both devices I am able to perform the number of sessions needed. The first device has been working like a champ, I can use it multiple times without any issues. The other two devices must be used together to keep up with the first device.

That's a really frustrating situation, and we appreciate you being so clear about the difference between your devices. It's not right that you have to juggle two units just to match what your first one does alone. Pease reach out to our support team so we can make this right for you.
