Great Customer Service

I called for help as my V4 USBC corrective Therapy Device failed completely and the pads wouldn’t snap on and I had several unusable pads. I was gutted!
I was at the beginning of a sciatica event and went to use it and couldn’t. I called customer service and after checking each pad as asked by customer service and the device that goes on the pad both were failing and he assured me he would send out the replacement parts in approximately 10 business days. In the meantime time I was using heating wraps 24 hours a day to function. Once the unit arrived the first thing I did was open one pad and place it on the unit and put it on my lower back. I was so happy to have it working and charged. Soon as it finished its 30 minutes it needed a charge. I charged both pieces and everything works well. I use it 2-3 times a week when my back is doing well and 4-5 days straight is the sciatica is acting up. I’m obsessed with this product and would be lost without it. Thanks for the quick service and replacements.
