Really works!

I absolutely love my device! I don't know what I would have done without it during a recent back injury. I did have to call to get a replacement device and wish the customer care rep would have been friendlier, but I did get a replacement and it works beautifully. I'd definitely buy again if I had to do it over again. But, in the future, I do hope they improve their customer service.

It's great to hear it’s working for you. And you're right—it's important not to leave the device on the charger for too long. Overcharging can reduce the battery life, so it's best to unplug it once it’s fully charged.
