Great idea - but elements don’t work

I love the relief this gives me, but when my initial pad stopped charging well you sent another. That pad works great, but won’t talk to the remote. You kindly sent me another remote that works with the original defective pad, but NOT with the working one. I have to turn it on manually, which is hard on my back. I have one more remote than I need and one working pad that’s difficult to use. I need more blue contact pads.. but wonder if it’s worth it. Help.

I lost my remote

It was very seamless getting my replacement remote though it did take a few weeks. Customer service is wonderful. Same as original.
