My back pain is much better after using the V3 Corrective Therapy Device. For 4 years I had hip pain, back pain, and some kind of deep muscle/bone pain (fibromyalgia? neuralgia? neuropathy?). In September 2020, I finally had a hip replacement and over the next 12 weeks everything got better. Still, the lower back pain nagged. I ordered this device, used it for about 10 days--2 weeks and my back got much better. Then the part you attach the electrodes to stopped working. I asked for a replacement for that part and there was a little back and forth about whether e-mails had been sent and answered; it wasn't bad but the problem wasn't resolved immediately. When resolution got started, it happened quickly and they sent an entire new set, including electrodes and remote, without charge. My back pain has not returned. Whether it was a big coincidence that my back got so much better after using the device or the improvement was due to the device itself, I can't swear to. All I know is, I used it everyday for a couple of weeks, my back got better, one component of the device stopped working, the company replaced it and life is good.
The replacement is working fine. I use it every morning and it loosens my back so I can move without pain!

It would have been nice to get a replacement pad included with my purchase
