Replacement pads

I originally had the basic device. The basic device had much better pads. I was hoping the new replacement pads for this device was going to be more like the original device I had at first. These pads are very flimsy and don’t stick very well!

I love this device. My only critique would be that the patches are thinner that the original device patches. Also the square patches are a little hard to remove with the small single tab. Maybe if there were two tabs or a wider tab it would help. I love love love all the options available on this.

Still Waiting for relief

The unit came would not hold a charge. The company said that they would send a replacement it arrived after over two weeks. This one was not paired and there did not appear to instructions on how to do that . I had trouble getting customer service no response to my emails. Finally a nice woman on the phone walked me through the complicated process. The unit works now but no relief yet as claimed

Neuro pads

First of all, I love this product. It works! BUT the new pads leave room for improvement. They work great new but soon lose their effectiveness. And, they are thin and hard to handle. I can foresee this becoming an unwanted expense.

The NeuroMD Corrective device is very effective.

I've had lower back and hip pains for 5 years. The original NeuroMD device has been very effective for getting pain relief. The newer Corrective Whole Body device has been working well for me as well (targeting lower back and upper hip areas). The Corrective device has a lot of settings and I've only used a few but it's been very effective.

My only complaint is the Pads for the Corrective device. Especially when they are "fresh" they are incredibly sticky. Now, I get that someone might go running with pads applied and trust me, they will not fall off. The extra stickiness does make it a bit awkward reaching behind your back to peel off. The gel itself does have a tendency to come off on your fingers a little and also leaves some residue on your skin. It takes some soap to clean it off. The Corrective pads are thinner than the originals. They won't tear but the non-sticky tabs at either end have a tendency to fold in on themselves.

In summary: The Corrective device is genuinely effective in reducing pain (at least mine). The gel pads just need a little work with the goal of ease of use.
