The Product itself has helped my back no doubt

The Product itself has helped my lower back if used about 5 days a week for about 25 minutes per treatment. The only thing that needs a little bit of work is the warranty. Mine stopped work after 3 months but it took me 3 to 4 weeks to get a new one sent. I mailed to to them finally in about a week a new one was sent. I also bought an extended warranty for 2 years. When the unit is mailed in than a new one should be sent immediately. Overall products works well and is better than a tens unit. I've used both and the NeuroND gos deeper into the structural part of the backvand hits deeper nerves.
