I had to get a new unit because it wouldn’t charge after a week, but support was best I ever had with anything, and got a new one about a week and half ago and so far I love it and will update once I have had it longer
Excellent service, very happy with the device.
Sincerely thank you for sending a replacement charging cable in an attempt to diagnose malfunction problem but it appeared to be the master unit itself so the cable was not useful. I ordered a replacement Master Unit at a discounted price and have not yet received it.
