HOW NEUROMD WORKS
Clinically studied NMES technology stimulates sensory and motor nerves in the area of discomfort.
Your muscles contract and relax during a quick 25-minute recovery session, right at home.
Follow the included 12-week recovery program to strengthen spinal stabilizing muscles and support lasting relief with continued use.

YOUR RECOVERY ROUTINE
Start by conditioning your muscles, progress into strengthening, then continue with ongoing maintenance.

Start with Mode 1 to get accustomed to the stimulation and prepare your lower-back muscles for the strengthening phase.
Mode 1 · 4–7 days/week · 25 min

Progress to Mode 2 as repeated contractions activate and train the muscles that support your lower back.
Mode 2 · 6–7 days/week · 25 min

Continue consistent Mode 2 sessions to strengthen the muscles that help support your lower back.
Mode 2 · 6–7 days/week · 25 min

Continue regular Mode 2 sessions to support the muscle activation and strength you’ve built.
Mode 2 · 2–4 days/week · 25 min

NeuroMD uses NMES to target sensory and motor nerves, contracting and relaxing the muscles that support your back. TENS Unit primarily stimulates sensory nerves for temporary pain relief and is not designed to strengthen muscles.
The Corrective Therapy Device® is an FDA-cleared Class II medical device with pre-programmed, clinically studied NMES parameters.
Back and leg pain is complex, and individual results vary. NeuroMD uses NMES to support muscle function and strengthen spinal stabilizing muscles. Your 60-day at-home trial lets you evaluate the device as part of your routine. Consult your physician about whether it is appropriate for you.
Pain may diminish in as little as 2 weeks. Follow the included 12-week recovery program, then use maintenance mode for continued relief. Individual results vary.
