By joining the NeuroMD Clinical Partner Program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in commission reversals, suspension, or permanent removal from the program.

1. Approved Promotional Methods

Affiliates may promote NeuroMD using approved methods including:

* Organic social media content

* Email marketing to owned opt-in lists

* Blogs and SEO content

* YouTube videos and reviews

* Educational content

* Influencer content

* Direct referrals

All promotional content must be accurate, truthful, and comply with applicable laws and platform policies.

2. Prohibited Advertising Activities

2.1 Trademark Bidding / Paid Search Restrictions

Affiliates may NOT:

* Bid on the NeuroMD brand name or trademarked terms

* Bid on misspellings or variations of NeuroMD

* Bid on branded search terms including:

* NeuroMD

* GetNeuroMD

* NeuroMD device

* NeuroMD coupon

* NeuroMD discount

* NeuroMD reviews

* Any variations or misspellings

Affiliates may NOT:

* Use NeuroMD trademarks in Google Ads, Bing Ads, YouTube Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or any paid advertising platform

* Use NeuroMD trademarks in display URLs, headlines, ad copy, or domains

* Direct link from paid ads to NeuroMD pages using affiliate links

Affiliates may NOT outrank, compete with, or interfere with NeuroMDā€™s paid advertising campaigns.

Violation may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

2.2 Coupon / Discount Site Restrictions

Affiliates may NOT:

* Promote on coupon or discount code websites without written approval

* Advertise fake or unauthorized discounts

* Use misleading ā€œpromo,ā€ ā€œcoupon,ā€ or ā€œdiscountā€ messaging

* Publish discount codes not explicitly provided by NeuroMD

Affiliates may not imply:

* Storewide sales

* Expiring offers

* Limited-time discounts

Ā unless explicitly approved by NeuroMD.

2.3 Domain & Social Handle Restrictions

Affiliates may NOT:

* Register domains containing NeuroMD or confusingly similar terms

* Use social media usernames or handles containing NeuroMD branding

* Create websites or pages impersonating NeuroMD

* @neuromdreviews

2.4 Spam & Unsolicited Promotion

Affiliates may NOT:

* Send spam emails or SMS messages

* Post affiliate links in unsolicited communities or groups

* Use bots, automated messaging, or deceptive tactics

* Promote in a way that harms the NeuroMD brand reputation

All email marketing must comply with CAN-SPAM and applicable laws.

2.5 Misleading Claims

Affiliates may NOT:

* Make false medical claims

* Guarantee results

* Claim NeuroMD ā€œcuresā€ any condition

* Misrepresent pricing, policies, or offers

* Use deceptive before/after claims

All claims must be truthful and compliant with FTC and advertising guidelines.

3. Content & Brand Guidelines

NeuroMD reserves the right to request edits or removal of:

* Misleading content

* Inaccurate claims

* Non-compliant promotions

* Brand-damaging content

Affiliates must comply promptly with any compliance requests.

4. Commission & Attribution

Commissions are only paid on valid, completed purchases that are not:

* Refunded

* Charged back

* Fraudulent

* Self-referred

* Policy violations

* Fraudulent activity

* Unauthorized advertising methods

5. Self-Referral Prohibited

Affiliates may not:

* Purchase products through their own affiliate links

* Use their own discount codes

* Refer immediate household members solely for commission generation

6. Compliance Monitoring

NeuroMD actively monitors affiliate traffic sources, paid advertising activity, and promotional methods.

Failure to comply with these terms may result in:

* Commission reversals

* Account suspension

* Permanent removal from the affiliate program

* Legal action where applicable

7. Program Changes

NeuroMD reserves the right to:

* Modify commission structures

* Update these policies

* Suspend or terminate affiliate accounts at any time and for any reason

Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
