Great product & Service

These are great products that really do work well. It has helped my back more than anything else. I ordered the extra pads, and I did not get all that I ordered and paid for. I called and they apologized and sent the rest of the order right away. I had a previous model that the control stopped working at about 11 months and I called in. They went through what steps I had taken to see if I could get it to work, such as replacing the battery. Those hadn't worked, so they sent me a new controller immediately. They have great products and customer service to match.

Back and muscle pain relief

Received the device -- it was a replacement, under warranty, for the original purchase because it wouldn't take a charge. Happy with the device (original, while it worked, and the replacement). Not sure why they suggest such a short life for the pad to which the device attached. Seems to last longer than a couple of weeks.
