Replacement pads

I originally had the basic device. The basic device had much better pads. I was hoping the new replacement pads for this device was going to be more like the original device I had at first. These pads are very flimsy and don’t stick very well!

Helps with pain disappointed with pads

When the pain is or about to set in 20 or so mins seems to help alleviate that pain. My only complaint or disappointment is the life of the pads. Was expecting 30 days and lucky to get more than 2 weeks, which is not acceptable when considering the high price of these pads.

Neuro pads

First of all, I love this product. It works! BUT the new pads leave room for improvement. They work great new but soon lose their effectiveness. And, they are thin and hard to handle. I can foresee this becoming an unwanted expense.

I love this device. My only critique would be that the patches are thinner that the original device patches. Also the square patches are a little hard to remove with the small single tab. Maybe if there were two tabs or a wider tab it would help. I love love love all the options available on this.

Still Waiting for relief

The unit came would not hold a charge. The company said that they would send a replacement it arrived after over two weeks. This one was not paired and there did not appear to instructions on how to do that . I had trouble getting customer service no response to my emails. Finally a nice woman on the phone walked me through the complicated process. The unit works now but no relief yet as claimed
