V3 Device Troubleshooting

  2. Lets first troubleshoot the device on the leg above the knee.

1. Ensure the treatment area is clean and void of any lotions, oils, etc...

2. Ensure the device is fully connected to the electrode gel pad.
*Try a new electrode pad for testing.*

3. Turn on the device and remote. A small connection symbol on the right side of the remote screen will illuminate.
4. Sit down and apply the electrode pad/device 1-3 inches above the Knee. Ensure it is fully adhered to the skin.
5. Begin increasing intensity on the remote. You will feel a sensation as you continue to increase the Intensity.
6. The device will contract the muscles for 4 seconds and then relax for 10 seconds.

 

  1. Not feeling stimulation: Switch to another electrode and try Increasing intensity manually on the device (+ button on the right side of the device) when it is above the knee.

    Remote resets to 00 when increasing intensity: Switch to another electrode, ensure it is fully adhered to the skin and try again.

  1. 1. The backlit screen on the remote shuts off after 5 seconds. The device and remote are still on. To illuminate the screen light again, simply press the + or - button. If the device/remote are on, pressing the power button will shut off the device and remote. (This autodim feature enhances the lifespan of the battery)

     

  2. 2. Always press the power button on BOTH the remote and the device. The remote will not power on the device; however, will turn it off. When both the remote and device are on, the remote will display the connection symbol.

  4. 3. Only use the double ended charging cable to charge the remote and device. (Charge for approximately 1 hour)

  6. 4. Based on Clinical Trial Results, do the stretches in the eBook after each Corrective Therapy Session.

  8. 5. Gradually increase intensity to as high as you can tolerate comfortably. There are 30 levels of intensity. Similiar to exercising you may feel mild muscle soreness after the first few sessions.

  10. 6. Make sure the pad is fully adhered to the skin. You will feel the muscles in your back contracting for 4 seconds & then relaxing for 10 seconds. These parameters have shown optimal results.

Notes:

Device can be operated without the remote.

5 Helpful Tips (V2 Device)

  1. 1. Always turn on the device first and then turn on the remote. (The remote will only turn on after the device is on and the light on the remote will only illuminate when adjusting intensity. To test if remote is on/connected with the device, simply push the "minus" button on the remote. If the yellow light on remote illuminates, its on and ready for use.)
  2. 2. Upon recieving the device, charge it for 2-3 hours.
  3. 3. Based on Clinical Trial Results, do the stretches in the eBook AFTER each Corrective Therapy Session. (We sent the eBook in the previous email)
